It's simple. We do for you what you would otherwise do by hand. We collect your transactions and move them automatically into your chosen system: InvoiceOcean - or send an e-invoice directly through e-invoicing.

We only pull the essential data that must appear on a VAT invoice under your local regulations. Depending on your configuration, you can pass more or less data, e.g. a VAT ID / Tax ID for a business or comments from the order.

Exactly. Invoices are issued instantly as soon as Stripe completes the transaction. The whole point is to deliver that invoice to your customer as fast as possible, whether through your accounting software configuration or a direct e-invoicing integration.

Only if you enable that feature in the panel. It is a capability offered by InvoiceOcean, but you can define it directly from the striptu.com panel.

Yes. From our system's point of view, it makes no difference what kind of transaction it is. Stripe handles collecting the payment and lets us know once it has been charged. Then we do our part!

Our application maintains access to your accounts without logging into them directly. From each panel (Stripe and your chosen accounting system or e-invoicing service) you grab the relevant keys and information, define them inside the panel, and establish the connection.

No. You'll be guided through every step. And if the instructions aren't enough, you can get help via chat or an online meeting.

Of course. We use our own system too, so once you add a card, define your data, and make your first transaction, you'll receive a VAT invoice.

We don't currently offer automated credit note issuance. However, it's a planned feature. For now you'll need to log into your accounting software (InvoiceOcean) and create the credit note "manually".

Yes. We also pass country, language, and currency information to the accounting software, which results in an invoice issued for the correct country, in the correct currency, and in both your account's language and the language of that country.

Yes. There may, however, be an issue sending the invoice email. If it concerns data other than the email (e.g. a wrong name), you can correct that invoice in your accounting software (InvoiceOcean) or in Stripe and pass it again.

Yes. Striptu offers direct e-invoicing integration. All you need are the credentials from your e-invoicing provider - no external accounting software required. The invoice is delivered straight to the e-invoicing system in the appropriate format.
