It's simple. We do for you what you would do manually. We collect transactions and transfer them automatically to your chosen system: Fakturownia.pl, iFirma, wFirma, inFakt - or send the e-invoice directly to KSeF.

We only collect the essential data that is legally required to appear on a VAT invoice. Depending on the configuration, you can transfer more or less data, e.g. tax ID for a company or order comments.

Exactly. Invoices are issued immediately after Stripe completes a transaction. All so that through accounting software configuration or direct KSeF integration, the invoice reaches the customer as quickly as possible.

Only if you enable this feature in the panel. This functionality is offered by Fakturownia.pl, iFirma, wFirma and inFakt, but you can configure it from the striptu.com panel.

Yes, from our system's perspective there is no difference what type of transaction it is. Stripe handles collecting payments and lets us know that a payment was collected. Then we do our thing!

Our application maintains access to your accounts without logging in directly. From each panel (Stripe and your chosen accounting system or KSeF) you will get the appropriate keys and information, define them within the panel, and establish a connection.

No. You will be guided through all stages. If the instructions are not sufficient, you will receive help via chat or an online meeting.

5 minutes. Well, maybe 10. Remember that we don't require connecting a card from day one, so this step is not required during initial configuration.

We don't offer a standard sandbox, but the first 10 transactions are free, so you can test without any obligations, e.g. by making a 2 PLN transaction.

Of course. We also use our own system, so after connecting a card, defining your data, and the first transaction, you will receive a VAT invoice.

Currently we do not offer automated correction invoice issuance. However, this is a planned feature. At this point, you will need to log in to your accounting software (Fakturownia.pl, iFirma, wFirma or inFakt) and create the correction manually.

Yes. We also pass country, language, and currency information to the accounting software, which results in issuing an invoice for the appropriate country, in the appropriate currency, and in the language of your account and the customer's country.

Yes. However, there may be a problem sending the invoice by email. If the issue concerns data other than email (e.g. a name error), you can correct the invoice in your accounting software (Fakturownia.pl, iFirma, wFirma, inFakt) or in Stripe and resubmit it.

Yes. Striptu offers a direct KSeF integration. All you need is a KSeF token generated in the Ministry of Finance system - no external accounting software required. The invoice in XML format goes straight to the National e-Invoice System.

Fakturownia.pl, iFirma, wFirma and inFakt. Each of them also supports submission to KSeF. You can also skip accounting software entirely and send e-invoices directly to KSeF through Striptu.
